QNAP® is an 8% as copper, oil-borne copper naphthenate solution.

QNAP is an EPA-registered, non-restricted use/general use preservative that meets AWPA standards and AREMA guidelines. It does not have an EPA DANGER signal word. The product is created from recycled copper and by-products of oil refining, making it green from the start.

QNAP has performance superior to all other oil-borne/oil type preservatives and its use requires no special equipment for ties or poles. Wood protected with QNAP meets the EPA’s NHSM standards and is considered non‑hazardous waste at end-of-life. It is EPA labelled for residential recycling or energy recovery as boiler fuel.
